TVSS offers service contract coverage for all the instruments we support. All parts, labor, and travel charges are included in the cost of the contract except for consumable items. Service contracts provide a fixed cost to support your instruments for the entire contract period, allowing you to budget more easily throughout the year. All of our contracts also include 2 preventive maintenance visits per year to ensure the instrument is performing to factory specifications. Should your instrument require repair, it will also be requalified (if required) to maintain regulatory compliance before we leave your site.
